One Semester's Tale

Dear Diary,

Our semester with Wave Diaries, the news project, is wrapping up, and it's time to share the story of our journey. We started with writing our first story, feeling a mix of excitement and uncertainty.

​

Being part of the news team was like a rollercoaster – lots of ups, some downs, and everything in between. Each day brought new challenges as we worked hard to meet deadlines and create interesting content.

​

We faced unexpected problems, but instead of seeing them as roadblocks, we treated them as chances to learn and grow. The tough times taught us important lessons that will help us in the future.

As we finish this chapter, we're looking back on the moments that will stay in our memories – the times we succeeded together, the strong team spirit, and the special connections we made during the project.

​

Thinking about our assignments in the Multimedia Reporting class, like the first story, photo story, video story, newsbreak assignment, and final projects, it's kind of unbelievable that we did it. Even though it was hard, it turned out to be really interesting. We're proud of what we accomplished as The Wave Team.

It's been a beautiful story, and now it's time to bid farewell to this chapter.
